**Job Title**: Quotating Specialist Jr

**Job Summary**

As an Order Management Analyst you will be responsible for managing sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.

**Your role**:

- Communication with cross
- functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Order Processing and Order Management) if assistance is required from quoting process
- Provide assistance and support to OP/OM requests in order to complete the order.
- Analyze and complete of new quote requests based on the service level agreement.
- Collaborate with the Order Processing department to support on quote updates to make possible order bookings

**You're the right fit if**:

- Academic background in supply chain, logistics or similar studies.
- +2 years of experience in order management, supply chain or equivalent mix of academic background and professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge of English language.
- Customer service oriented person with the ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
