VS R1 - Product Analyst (EMP)We are searching for an experienced VS R1 - Product Analyst (EMP) at our Panama facility.Primary Role and Responsibilities: The Product Leadis an innovative team member of the Product team. In this role theProduct Lead Analystreports to the Product Manager to help ensure that our productsremain competitive. As a Product Analyst, duties will include analyzing market trends, analyzing electronic and supply lead times, assisting in gathering requirements, evaluating feedback on our products, and finding solutions for product defects.To be successful in this role, the Product Lead Analyst should possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies. In addition, the Product Analyst will be responsible for the following activitiesCollaborate with the product development team including Design and DevelopmentWriting user stories and acceptance criteriaAssist in generating detailed voting solution requirements taking into consideration previously defined goals and strategy.

Consolidate customer needs and product requirements.Analyze and document hardware and software requirementsGather requirements, product data, statistics, and consumer trends.Conduct market research with emphasis on differentiation and compliance, aligning relevant departments and available technology, aligning product development schedules, and setting pricing strategies.Analyze and document market research dataAssist with hardware and software designTrack supplies of hardware components and providing insights to managementAssist in QA of productPrototype new concepts and featuresDetermine and recommend improvements to product features.Assist the Product manager to coordinate findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals.Prepare project status and risk management reports.Assist in development of marketing strategies for enhanced product features.Train internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.Develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels.Location: Panama (preferred) Remotely is allowed (up to +- 3 hours Panama Time)6.5.0Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, mechanic engineering, computer science or a related field.2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience gathering requirements from many stakeholdersExperience writing Product Requirements Documents for software. (Experience with Hardware requirements is a plus)Experience in an Agile / scrum environment (participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-upsExperience interpreting qualitative market and product data.Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior.Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to hardware development plans and strategies.Ability to work independentlyAbility to collaborate with the product development team.Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.Ability to provide product support.Competency in training internal departments on new product features.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in English.Critical thinker and analytical mindset.High accountability and strong work ethic.Problem solver and solution builder.Ability to travel internationally.Preferred Skillsand ExperienceQuality Assurance experienceBusiness Analysis experienceProduct Design experienceProficient in Spanish6.5.0
