- Are in the final years of your studies in IT or Industrial Engineering (or related).
- Have medium to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- General knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus.
- Have advanced English proficiency.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Contributing to data analysis regarding KPIs and productivity initiatives.
- Assisting in the further development of performance management tools.
- Developing and managing a training plan for our Services team.
- Supporting performance management, conducting punctual analysis, creating visualizations, and preparing engaging presentations.

**You are part of **the Services & Solutions Delivery team, we're dedicated to providing the utmost service to our customers through remote services, performance management, and Productivity Initiatives. You'll report directly to the RSE Leader.**About Philips**
