As a Collections Specialist you’ll be responsible for Collections Activities in the LATAM Market. You’ll be part of the Signify Accounting Operations Team and its responsibilities are to guarantee a successful Order to Cash process management so a passionate, dedicated and results oriented skills must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do
- Execute the collection process for defined strategic customers.
- Organize, support, and develop accounts receivable process.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains an effective delinquency control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, delinquent, potentially delinquent, or written off.
- Perform remaining enabling Order to Cash activities (e.g., credit notes with open items).
- Organize, support, and develop cash & collection process.
- Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations from sectors.
- Drive automation projects
- Responsible for compliance of ICS checks.

Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed; Master’s degree preferred.
- Profound knowledge of Account Reconciliation, collections activities.
- Customer service focus.
- Show determination to achieve excellent results; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Team player.
- Project management: development and deployment of new processes and procedures.
- Vast knowledge of excel and outlook.
- SAP knowledge.
- Previous experience in O2C is highly preferred.
- Advanced in English is MANDATORY.
