**Position Overview**
- This role serves as a liaison among Internal Audit Team, internal and external business partners to effectively collect, review information and execute processes related to Internal Audit Operational Excellence and Culture Risk.

**Roles and Responsibilitie**s**
- Collaborate defining the personas and understand their business needs for analytics.
- Analyze the available data and join sources to get the correct insights.
- Determine the best visualization of the analysis story line
- Collaborate with workstreams to generate insights that enable business decisions

Day-to-Day Service Delivery
- AuditBoard Administrator:

- Launch of follow-up items in AuditBoard after every Audit Report (2-3 times a month)
- Close out follow-up items in AuditBoard (few times a week, can be done bi-weekly)
- Send Engagement Satisfaction Survey to 3-4 people at the end of every audit
- Review the tasks (remediations) from the Audit action plan
- Department KPIs compilation:

- Compile Quarterly and Annual Internal Audit KPI.
- Quality Assurance:

- Review the Audit Report for formatting prior to release
- Quality Assurance Improvement Program (QAIP) - perform tasks from the QAIP work program to review one audit project / quarter for quality assurance
- CBCR (Conduct and Behavior Culture Risk) Coordinator:

- Preparation of the project:

- Request & refine employee list
- Prep Survey Questions & Intro Letters
- Coordinate review of translated items
- Coordinate test of survey
- During Project:

- Schedule meetings with Internal Audit Regional lead & PWC
- Schedule Interviews (20 per project)
- Schedule Focus Groups (3 per project)
- Transcribe notes during Interviews & Focus Groups
- Follow up on open items and proactively close any potential issues
- Provide status update and implement continuous improvement to the existing and new processes
- Stakeholder Management and relationship enhancement between global Internal Audit function and OneSource finance.
- Strive for excellence in execution of the above-mentioned activities and proper follow through.

Results oriented professional to lead and solve issues with a proactive and can-do attitude.

**Qualifications** Additional Requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- Experience with compiling data, executing & documenting specific review procedures and coordinating meetings organization.
- Handle data and information responsibly and preserve confidentiality.
- Must have excellent organization skills - ability to multi-task and work independently, efficiently, and effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Commitment to delivering high quality work with keen attention to detail.
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - verbally and in the written materials.
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
- Familiarity with or strong appetite to learn Internal Audit technology such as Audit Board.
- Experience in meetings transcription (Focus groups/Interview meetings) a plus.
- Experience working in a Shared Services environment a plus.
- Capability to work on their own and propose viable solutions to existing and potential roadblocks.
- Ability to demonstrate and operate with a service mindset, where the customer is at the center of everything we do.
