Primary Function The Customer Information QA Analyst will be responsible for the auditing, monitoring, and offering suggestions to improve overall efficiency of the team's research processes.
Supported by Researchers, Customer Information Analysts, Process Engineers, Technology Developers, and Business Leaders, this role will foster a culture of continuous improvement that embraces quality assurance, problem-solving, and waste elimination.
By making actionable customer information available, we help Grainger market, sell, and deliver the best products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
