**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**
Providing Logistics support; route, dispatch, track and trace shipments. Monitor shipment schedules and perform data entry. Acting as point of contact for customers and providing outstanding customer service while meeting all customer expectations.

**You are responsible for**
- Understand customer wide networks and transportation modes (OTR, LTL, Rail, Drayage, air freight, Ocean Containers, Parcel and Warehousing)
- Responsible for shipment coordination for inbound & outbound of all MOT since booking until shipment delivery at final destination.
- Manage the complete logistics process in terms of transportation planning & execution
- Tariff & rate management and transit time compliance management/KPI
- Communicate with carriers, shippers and customer teams to ensure trucks are properly loaded and unloaded; provide detailed directions/instructions to carriers as needed. Update receivers and customers on load status as appropriate.
- Understand daily capacity needs/opportunities and pro-actively communicate to appropriate leadership
- Optimize operations across the regions securing capacity leverage with carriers/freight, forwarders including service provider lane allocation
- Implement and drive global logistics processes standardization and cost control verification based on allocations and rates
- Ensure alignment of carrier capabilities and accountabilities with the warehouse.
- Act as the first escalation point of contact with carriers/ freight forwarders to ensure shipment issues resolution quickly.
- Track and review carrier performance and ensure continuous improvement via MBR’s.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related
- +3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarder, carriers, Logistics and/or Transportation roles
- Intermediate Excel
- Advanced English
- Ability to work Independently and proactively
- Knowledge in Transportation Management systems is required
- Customer Service Oriented
