Warehouse Operative

Join our global team for a career filled with opportunities to solve challenges both small and large, local and global, simple and complex.We want to incorporate to our Wilhelmsen Ships Service Team in Panama a Warehouse Operative who´ll be helping us to manage our valuable operation in Panama, we want to find a proactive and enthusiastic person with a good attitude to this type of job. Main activities will include: Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and secure condition always (Housekeeping). As well as report to the management team any suggestion related to fix or repairs in the Warehouse area.Perform a good control of the incoming and outgoing goods (products, quantities, and labels).Verify that labels or stickers are correctly placed when cylinders are returned to the, after a reassign process or when bottles are received without a readable barcode.Receive incoming goods into inventory properly and work in the sorting or in the control list of the empty cylinders sent to the filling plantsPerform internal stock movements.Support when required to stock counts and report reasons for stock discrepanciesEnsure correct labelling of products.Pick and pack orders for delivery according to the pick lists or according to the wanted delivery date of the vessels and within the required time frames an according to the transport and storage regulationsReport discrepancies during picking and packing process (e.g. damaged, missing or faulty products)Ensure quality picking of batch numbers and shelf-life products.Transfer the picked/packed goods to the correct shipment location in the warehouse/dispatch area.Load and unload trucksWhat we need from you?At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse doing any of the activities listed beforeComputer Knowledge (Microsoft Package)High School Diploma as a minimum gradeKnowledge of English will be appreciatedForklift driving and license preferred, but not mandatoryDriver License preferable but not mandatoryBe responsible, proactive, teamwork skills, with passion to learn and have a god attitudeBe familiarized with the Safety rules and procedures in a WarehouseWhat we offer?The opportunity to work in an international company which have a very stable and recognized operation locally and worldwideLearning and growth opportunitiesLife and Health Insurance pay by the companyWork Location: Panama Pacifico, PanamaApplication Deadline: February 28 2023#LI-POST
