Graphic Designer

ELEVATE Connect — a global marketing and business development firm— is searching for Graphic Designer, who can support our Global IP & Business Performance Division.

Provide general support to GIP. This position requires creativity, analytical skills, organizational and planning skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Considerable judgment and initiative are required in organizing routines and handling confidential material.

**Responsibilities**
- Work within the GIP team, to create Newsletter within Marketo.
- No training is needed, just an eye for detail, design and knowledge of file types and aspect ratio.
- Basic knowledge of Html is advised but not required.
- Here you will help the team take the content they have built and put it into Newsletter templates to be sent to high level executives on behalf of our clients.
- Source stock imagery using the adobe suite and other sources.
- Crop and edit photos using basic photoshop skills.
- Crop and edit LinkedIn profile photos, upload in the correct format.

**Website**:

- It is your duty to update, upkeep and build the company website in Wordpress.

**Branding**:

- You are the brand ambassador. It’s your job to roll it out across the company and ensure the rules are followed to cement the brand both internally and externally.
- Create any branding material that is necessary for the company.

**Presentation/deck work**:

- Create engaging infographics to communicate what the sales team are trying to say.
- Improve slide communication to allow them to be delivered in the most effective way.
- Ensure that the brand guidelines are followed correctly.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Fresh graduated and open mind
- Previous presentation/layout work.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Create suite.
- Creativity and visionary thinking
- Ability to create designs from scratch
