**BlueForce, Inc. **is seeking for **Corrections Advisors** to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as **Panama City, Panama.**

**General Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Correction Program Manager with planning, coordinating, and implementing complex and multi-faceted strategies to help the Secretariat of Social Welfare implement their plan to establish reentry programming for the juveniles. The focus of this position will be to increase the use of tertiary violence prevention strategies by providing comprehensive reentry programming for juveniles before their release after incarcerations. This will require developing a plan that addresses a public awareness campaign, public participation, activities, and events that support the Corrections Reentry Program goals and objectives.
- Assist the Corrections Program Advisor and Team in planning juvenile justice work projects.
- Participate in all aspects of training and implementation of reentry programs.
- Assist implementing the USG support to the Secretariat of Social Welfare (SSW) which houses juvenile prisoners in expanding the institution’s ability to provide a safe, secure, humane, and transparent juvenile management system that upholds human rights.
- Assist in developing, coordinating, scheduling and present slide shows, speeches, handouts and educational materials for business groups, community groups, schools and associations on juvenile justice topics including reentry and the implementation of socio-educational alternative measures.
- Provide written reports in Spanish with pictures for social media of all juvenile justice programming and activities.
- Number and type of juvenile justice reentry program events and activities funded by the program.
- Local and international travel may be required.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- MRPT certification or RSO clearance.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university in any field with preference given to degrees in criminal justice, social sciences, accounting, or communications.
- FSI Level 3/3 English, FSI Level 3/3 Spanish.
- Rank of associate/deputy warden (or equivalent or higher).
- Graduate of a U.S. federal or state corrections or probation officer academy certified by a POST commission or equivalent, and of at least 120 hours in length.
- Two (2) years of managerial and supervisory experience as a Deputy Warden or Warden (or equivalent).
- One (1) year of experience working on international corrections issues preferred, working overseas preferred, experience working or coordinating with other relevant U.S. government agencies (e.g., Departments of Justice, Defense, DEA and/or USAID) preferred.
