With Mindray as **Clinical Applications Specialist for IVD** **your main responsabilities will be:
**Customer Management**:
2、Complete all planned customer visits on time, especially the VIP customers, collecting customer complaints and requirements. Summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.

4. Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments, providing technical support

5.Monitor competitor’s product performance and customer requirements, share business opportunities to sales team

**Distributor Management**:
**Requirements**:
Graduate/Post-Graduate, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or related.

Relevant Professional Category Experienced in on-site technical support, such as troubleshooting，performance verification. With customer management and distributor management experience is preferred.-
- Good in both written and spoken English-
- Familiar with Computer and Office Software ( Word, Excel and PPT)
