**Position Overview**

You will empower the team to deliver insights across several business domains (marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) with the creation of advanced visualization tools like Power BI through advanced DAX, Tableau and Power Apps / Power Automate. You will ingest data from centralized sources and channel it through a team to tackle multimillion-dollar business problems and opportunities to transform the way ELC does business. The team will leverage the analytic tools you create to discover actionable business insights in big data environment. You are a business leader from day one: you need to be an effective communicator, self-motivated, and able to convert insights into actions that improve the business results. You’ll need to mine terabytes of data, derive actionable insights into a simple digestible visualization tools to create algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower others to take action to win with consumers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the different business organizations and the Data Analytics Team
- Optimize data ingestion
- Identify the key business questions and how they connect with different data sources
- Define the metrics, analyze the available data, and join sources to get the correct insights.
- Be proactive in identifying potential new analytical visualization tools to extract knowledge from raw data and transform it into meaningful and impactful visualization solutions

Day-to-Day Service Delivery
- Advanced Data Visualization
- Create custom visuals that enhance key components to maximize the use of data pipelines
- Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
- Centralize data into easily digestible and fast solutions
- Build data pipelines that enable the organization to collect data points from different sources available.
- Prepare dashboards and solutions that could immediately tell stories
- Make data drive analysis to enable business decision making

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Major in Business, Industrial Engineering or systems Engineering, Advanced Mathematics
- 3.5 Years of experience
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish

- Analytics knowledge and Advanced Statistics
- Advanced user of Office tools and strong on data analyst software tools such as:

- Python, Alteryx or Knime for Data Visualization
- Familiarity with Data Science and Big Data Frameworks
- Structured Query Language (SQL) and Data Engineering software
- Alteryx (desired)
- Power BI - advanced DAX required
- Power Apps and Power Automate
- Familiarity with Big Data processing frameworks such as spark, Hadoop or Samza
