Monitoring of spare parts inventory.Compiles reports and/or service reports from the technical team to channel it to the respective areas (operations/technical support).Responsible for the management of tools and instruments in contract / updated inventory tools and Individual Protection Element (PPE).Responsible for the network of suppliers and distributors of the contract.Support to the Site Manager for the Management and administrative control of the technical personnel, includes: Programming of the technicians (roster), time control, monthly estimation, etc.,Opening and updating of service orders in the database and ERP system (BPCS) (Opening-monitoring-data upload-closing and billing).Provide monthly reports on the status of resource control to the Site Manager and Division Controller, which include service efficiency (Billing, technical utilization, WIP).Coordination and allocation of resources for training and internal training of the division.Support to the SHEQ area carrying out security inspections (vehicle fleet, containers, Individual Protection Element (PPE).first aid kits and fire extinguishers).All other functions inherent to the position. COMPETENCES Mechanical Engineer, Administrative Technician, Industrial Engineering or similar.Technician with experience in administrative processes.2 years in maintenance, mechanical and planning and control tasks of maintenance activities.General administrative and technical knowledge.Knowledge in management of maintenance software and Microsoft Office tools.? Management of suppliers, components and spare parts of industrial equipment.?
