Unblocking of user accounts, troubleshooting on active directory requests, RSA user support, account management support, privileged access support, administrator accounts support, Windows server account administration, task management and troubleshooting.

Desired requirements not mandatory RSA or two factor authentication experience able to identify it if is a problem of the account itself or a two factor auth issue.
