Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the ‘best of BCG’ to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting.What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)5 - 10 years of experience in industry on supply chain operations or a technology supplier to operations, or a combination of industry and consulting experience (preferred), with a focus on the following: Production optimization / continuous improvement End-to-end project execution support, including training and coaching Logistics, materials management, and warehousing Service level analysis and tracking S&OP and Integrated Business Planning Development and deployment of Control Tower technology/capability Waterhouse automation, technology solutions, and MHE vendor landscape Focused or deep pockets of expertise, such as in supply chain visibility and analytics, quality system and analytics, or digital tools for manufacturing process improvement. Established network within supply chain, digital, and/or technology players Proven track record of implementation success Who You'll Work WithThe Operations (OPS) practice is one of BCG's largest and fastest-growing practice areas.
