Flight Booking Coordinator

**Role**: Flight Booking Coordinator (part-time) Qualifications: Advance knowledge of the Travel Industry and flight booking processes Highly proficient in Sabre and be able to work quickly within the program Ability to do exchanges and and refunds in Sabre Minimum of 3 years experience working in Sabre Initial Responsibilities: Make flight bookings in Sabre for the team Edit + Cancel/Void Flight bookings within Sabre Working to upload and maintain the accuracy of invoice data as related to the accounting systems Liaising with partners and travel vendors such as hotels, airlines and tour operators on behalf of both clients and the company, working to ensure outstanding invoices are paid Making bookings on behalf of clients as part of the general travel planning process Assisting with the planning and completing travel itineraries Researching hotel rates and options as part of the itinerary building process Cross checking/reconfirming client itineraries with vendors and partners to ensure they are accurate Entering information into (and ensuring the accuracy of) the travel itineraries of our clients in the Axus itinerary building system Entering information into (and ensuring the accuracy of) the sales/travel data in the Salesforce CRM
