**JOB SUMMARY**

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge and experience in social media management and digital marketing. (Instagram, tiktok, facebook, Linkedin among others).
- Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, social communication, graphic or digital design.
- Creativity to generate content for the social media in charge.
- Excellent writing and spelling.
- Handle a camera and basic knowledge of video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canvas and others that support management to create content, edit photos and videos.
- Intermediate English.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.

**Basic Responsibilities**

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and keep our social media active, interacting with the community, answering queries and comments, always with the focus on generating a space for communication, participation and collaboration.
- Monitor the performance of publications on their digital platforms on a weekly basis to adjust strategies that contribute to achieving the brands' objectives.
- Present monthly reports on the behavior of the different accounts.
- Content management that includes advertising budget for sales generation, increase of followers or visits the profile in the different social media channels.
- Monitor trends on social media to keep the various platforms up to date.
- Give daily feedback on the activity of the social media channels to the Marketing Manager.

**Content Generation**:

- Create engaging content that reinforces the identity of our brands and generates interest in consumers.
- Propose the monthly content of the different social media accounts, according to the style of each of them. (Monthly Planner)
- Create images, videos, and other visuals for social media posts.
- Cover special events, new product launches that take place at different points of sale.
- Coverage of events where the brand is a sponsor.
- Bring creativity and dynamism to our social media presence.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices for generating content.
