As a founder my critical mission is to find the best peoples who have great experience and culture, then we can become a dream team and drive the business to top levelsThe RoleYour Responsibilities will include: Leading digital strategy and innovation through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with business priorities.Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.Conducting monthly sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with Country sales teams.Driving monthly /quarterly sales objectives and providing sales forecasts.Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.Working on app store optimisation.Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.Analysing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.Developing and managing the editorial calendar.Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.Managing a team of 1-5 people.Ideal ProfileSkills Required: You have at least 6 years of experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Sales Operations / Support or Marketing Communications within IT industry.Experience within Content Management, Content Planning, App Marketing, Content Analysis, Growth Hacking, Multi-country Sales, social media / Viral Marketing, Startup Experience, would be a strong advantage.Experienc
