At aes we are looking for a Tax senior

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare monthly and annual returns of CIT, VAT and Withholding taxes.- Prepare tax Journal entries of corporate and deferred taxes.- Manage tax reviews or inspections and external auditors.- Provide support to different areas involved in tax matters such as accounting, legal, FP&A, treasury, HR and commercial teams.- Support in tax matters to M&A and growth projects in the country by reviewing financial models- Submit any tax refunds and manage the related tax reviews.- Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual company reports according to the processes in the area required by our US Corp.- Follow up law changes and identify risks, opportunities or strategies.- Transfer pricing knowledge.- Is accountable for the performance and results of the function; adapts departmental plans and priorities to address challenges

**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree required in accounting, law or related financial field.- 3-5 years of experience in taxes. Desirable experience in Big 4 accounting firm and/or Multinational corporation.- Strong coordination and integration initiatives.- English Intermediate and Spanish Advance.- Excellent oral and written communications skills, ability to communicate technical tax issues with non-tax people.- US GAAP ASC-740 understanding is desirable.- Advanced knowledge using e-tax platform (Direccion General de Ingresos tax website)- Strong computer skills- SAP knowledge is a Plus
