Brindar atención a visitantes externos y canalizarlos al área correspondiente.
Llevar a cabo el registro de visitantes externos a la secretaria.
Captar las llamadas telefónicas y canalizarlas de manera adecuada y oportuna.
Mantener actualizado el directorio de extensiones internas y celulares del personal de la secretaria.
Apoyar en la organización en general para una mejor atención al ciudadano.
Atención al residente e invitados.
Paquetería.
