Coordinate translation, copy-editing, proofreading, graphic design and printing services for the regional Communication unit's products. Maintain and facilitate access to a database of editorial service providers for the regional office. Website management: Keep the regional office's bilingual website updated on a daily basis and create landing pages for campaigns, initiatives and thematic areas as required. Implement the regional digital strategy to increase web traffic and engagement with a focus on Search Engine Optimization.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators. Provide technical support and capacity building to country offices in Drupal Content Management System (CMS). Provide technical support to regional office staff and consultants trained in Drupal CMS, ensuring that published content aligns with UNICEF guidelines. Manage the regional Communication unit's internal SharePoint site.

**Multimedia management**: Manage the regional office's WeShare content, uploading and organizing new material and ensuring alignment with UNICEF's technical and brand requirements. Provide technical advice related to WeShare to regional office and country office staff. Support regional office staff in curating multimedia selections. Assist in content curation and coordinate distribution of the regional office's bilingual quarterly newsletter.

Experience in writing and/or editing content for print and/or web is required. Experience with content management systems is required. Specific experience with Drupal CMS is a strong asset. Experience with photo editing and/or design software is an asset.

Experience working with UNICEF or another United Nations agency is a strong asset. Fluency in English and Spanish. Language skills in French or Portuguese are considered an asset.
