**Job Summary**:
**Sanford Federal Inc. **is currently looking for someone who can provide Translating and Interpreting services from English to Spanish and Spanish to English for United States Army South (ARSOUTH) at the SFAB Mission in Meteti, Panama.

**Experiences and Requirements**:

- Services shall be performed by a professional and experienced interpreter with native level ability to speak the language with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary, to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social and professional topics (at a minimum).
- Previous experience working with US Army South, US Southern Command or another US military agency and possessing thorough knowledge of military terminology is preferred but not required
- Service provider shall be technically qualified and experienced native speaking language specialists, with at least 3 years of experience

**Tasks And Duties**:

- Provide interpretation and translation from Spanish to English and English to Spanish
- Provide on-site language interpretation from Spanish to English and English to Spanish, including simultaneous interpretation and consecutive interpretations. The Interpreter/Translator shall accomplish both, on-site translation and off-site translation.
- Proof-read, edit, and provide the final product layout and output, in the required media format (i.e., hardcopy or electronic).
- The Interpreter must provide simultaneous interpretation from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish as required, enabling communication between the government and other entities, and provide interpretation services for briefings, meetings, and social events

- Panamá, Provincia de Panamá: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
