**Tendrás la oportunidad de**:
Ser líder dueño de la práctica de core banking sobre Thought Machine desde el diseño de la oferta de servicios hasta la construcción del equipo de entrega de servicios.
Participarás en la estrategia de difusión, posicionamiento y colaboración al interior de los equipos, así como con los potenciales clientes.
Proponer servicios, formas de entrega y esquemas de formación de la práctica.
**Nuestra propuesta**:
- **Ingreso**: 5,000 a 7,000 balboas
- **Horario**: de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 6:00 pm
- **Zona de trabajo**: Remoto

**Qué buscamos**
- 3 años de experiência mínima como: SME, Delivery Manager, Service manager, Gerente de Operaciones, Product Manager, Líder técnico, consultor funcional, Tech lead, arquitecto de soluciones, consultor especialista, líder funcional, CoE, functional lead, Project Manager, IT Consultant con experiência demostrada en Core Banking Thought Machine Vault Core
- Inglés conversacional fluido
- 5 años de experiência en transformación financiera desde rol técnico y/o consultivo
- 2 a 3 años de experiência en implementación parcial o completa de Core Banking Thought Machine Vault Core.
- Conocimiento de plataformas de core banking como: Temenos, Mambu, T24, SAP, Finacle, etc.
- Experiência en el desarrollo e implementación de prácticas de negocio (integración de Offerings, posicionamiento, diseño de servicios, construcción de equipos de entrega, soporte a aplicativos, etc.
- Estimar la utilización de recursos, definir métricas de medición del proyecto y KPIS financieros del mismo y creación del presupuesto.
- Experiência en Revisión de estimación de actividades, planeación de recursos, seguimiento a requerimientos y planes de trabajo, hitos y ruta crítica, pruebas internas y Checklist de entrega, manuales y documentación de salida de procesos, coordinación de actividades (incluso en campo, comunicación interna y externa de estado de proyectos.
- Administración de Riesgos bajo metodología PMI o en su defecto Octave, magerit, etc.
- Adecuado stack de conocimientos técnicos relativos a la práctica como: Cloud, Devops, DevOpsSec, etc.
