Hi, I'm Cata Morales, Head of Talent Seeker Operations at Torre. We're hiring a Customer Success Agent who will help us revolutionize how companies hire. This is a global, remote opportunity.
WHAT IS TORRE?

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:You will be responsible for**:

- Answering real-time chat support.
- Assisting clients with all their requests.
- Guide and support our clients in all their recruitment process.

**YOUR KPIs**:

- Response time to clients.
- Retention rate of clients after interacting with you.

**YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH**:
You will start by providing asynchronous support to clients, and then you can grow to become a coach who offers training and synchronous support to users.
Also, we are looking to automate several tasks, so you can work closely with guaranteeing automation work properly and later become a leader of this team.
