**Requisitos**:
Diseñar, actualizar y mantener el gobierno de las prácticas, políticas, estándares, guías y documentación del Centro de Excelencia Ágil de la empresa. Promover y facilitar el uso de metodología Ágil y del marco metodológico elegido por cada mesa ágil dentro de la organización Promover y facilitar la práctica correcta de cada rol dentro de las mesas agiles de la organización, realizando reforzamientos metodológicos constantes. Acompañar como consultor de prácticas agiles a todas las áreas de la organización que así lo requieran o en las que se detecten oportunidades de mejora en sus procesos. Liderar los procesos de mejora continua en la práctica ágil y en la ejecución de cada mesa, de tal suerte que el Agile Coach puede asumir el liderazgo de la mesa cuando se detecte la necesidad de realizar un acompañamiento profundo, para lo que debe mantenerse atento en la identificación de problemas y oportunidades de mejora. Formar y desarrollar las competencias ágiles en los miembros de las mesas y en los líderes de la organización, así como a los nuevos miembros de mesas. Liderar y coordinar cambios o ajustes en los equipos y/o en la práctica ágil en las mesas que ya se encuentran establecidas. Evaluar en cada Sprint el desempeño de los miembros de las mesas ágiles Liderar la actualización de los procesos de la organización para adaptarlos a las nuevas prácticas agiles; así como la actualización de las herramientas de trabajo, procurando el uso de herramientas colaborativas e innovadoras. Recomendar ajustes en la estructura de la organización, procesos y procedimientos procurando el enlace con la práctica ágil. Diseñar y analizar indicadores de gestión de mesas ágiles. Realizar las funciones asignadas de acuerdo a su rol.
Beneficios
