Position Overview This role will provide marketing insights to global brands and regions of products campaigns (Annual campaign alignment). Review campaigns with NY Leaders validating campaign data are correct and align it with the company strategy from the company (ELC ambition) to guarantee sales according to model analysis.

Support with revenue insights for the current and next fiscal year. Global program analysis for regions' budget decision-making based on product sales forecast based on priorities. Identify and recommend strong brand categories to suggest priorities in terms of sales. Support end-to-end data analytics to be presented to Marketing SVP to align the final campaign budget as a final outcome to be presented to the company CEO.

Leads Blueprint analysis for budget management vs brand marketing campaigns including end-to-end planning assessment. Key responsabilities - Develop and align process and reports with alignment of the SC Planning team. - Work closely with the different Supply Chain Planning teams, global and regional - Define and identified the personas and understand their business needs for analytics. - Define the metrics, analyze the available data, and join sources to get the correct insights.
- Analyze the Demand Planning, Supply Planning and NPL Performance from the different Affiliates and Brands to ensure their sufficiency to reach ELC's market share ambition. - Be proactive in identifying potential new analytical opportunities to extract knowledge from raw data and transform it into meaningful and impactful information. - Identify trends and suggest recommendations based on analytics Qualifications Qualifications - Major in Business, Industrial Ing., Logistics or Analytics - 3 Years of experience - Fully bilingual, English and Spanish Additional Details Work shift: Monday - Friday.
