Role Expectations We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our remote team from the LATAM region.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software solutions meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement quality assurance processes for manual testing.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
Communicate effectively with development and product teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software development.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and quality improvements.
Excellent communication skills in English.
