But always rememberThe best surfer out there is theone having the most fun.Summary We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.As an Sales Rockstar you will: Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers, agents, and all parties involved in the sales process.Provide data and guidance to help the sales team, keep CRM, reports and pertinent information updated.Develop and monitor performance indicators (sales metrics).Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.Track sales trends and pursue new business opportunities.Liaise with sales directors to help with specific sales strategies.Stay up to date on new product and feature releases and make sure the sales team is up to date.Ensuring excellent service and customer experience.Propose improvements in the sales process.Besides the Selina ultimate learning experience...
