**Key Responsibilities**: Sales Force Incentives Management: Develop recommendations for the bonus policy in collaboration with the Operations team.
Prepare initial sales targets and ensure seamless communication with the Operations team.
Manage SQL-based parameterization of key tables, including employees, team portfolios, objectives, and sales.
Act as the primary contact of the external provider in charge of bonus calculation, overseeing bonus and payment letters and ensuring timely calculations and communications.
Lead continuous improvements in incentive-related processes, including managing a technical program for calculation checks.
**Sales Forecasting**: Oversee all affiliate-level sales forecasting processes and ongoing sales performance Forecast new product launches Internal Process Improvement: Analyze inter-departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose technical solutions.
**Business Intelligence (BI) Management**: Manage and maintain datasets critical to affiliate operations, including sales, prescriptions, visits, logistics, and more.
Develop and evolve Power BI reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate across departments to understand reporting needs and ensure high data accuracy and accessibility.
