**Position Overview**
Responsible of the relationship with our Global Supply Chain business partners, the OS Solutioning FP&A Global Supply Chain Manager is expected to create trust and the right business knowledge to expand GSC FP&A support within OneSource Organization. This position will drive the analytics, financials modelling and insights for the stakeholders to make sound decisions.
**Qualifications** Key Responsibilities**
- Stakeholder Management with Global Supply Chain Finance leaders.
- Generate strategic insights and analysis. Partner with OS BI&A team to generate value added reports
- Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally.
- Generate business awareness and understanding for the OS FP&A Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization
- Generate FP&A Capabilities among OS Solutioning organization
- Harmonize and Streamline the FP&A catalogue. Identify opportunities among processes and reports.
- Responsible of the Development of his/her direct reports
**Key Results/Measures**
- Quality and Timeliness of reports above 95%
- Transition of work successful and with no business disruption
- Create Solutioning Capabilities
- Stakholder satisfaction rate survey above 4 (out of 5)
- Create cross workstreams development / analysis

**Qualifications**:
- Degree: Ideally bachelor
- Minimum Years of Experience: 4-7
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
