As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the learning environment during the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and ensuring a positive and productive learning experience for students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Instructional Delivery: Implement lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring that the learning objectives are met. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning. Classroom Management: Maintain order and discipline within the classroom, following the school's policies and procedures.

Be prepared to take on short-notice assignments and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling. Professionalism: Arrive on time and adhere to the school's dress code and professional standards. Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive student and school information. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).

Teaching certification or substitute teacher certification (as required by state or local regulations). Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
