Ensures fiduciary risks are managed through the Country HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) & Security Board and maintains leadership, expertise and optimized support in HSE for an assigned country or cluster of countries. Represents ABB externally in the area of HSE when in contact with customers, local authorities and other stakeholders.

**This position reports to**:
Country Holding Officer

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintains leadership and HSE expertise and supports country management teams across the assigned country or cluster of countries.
- Ensures that the area of responsibility is appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Guides, motivates and develops direct/indirect subordinates according to HR policies to build a strong foundation for the implementation of ABB.
- Group policies, standards, programs and practices.
- Facilitates HSE risk assessment by the country management team and ensures all processes are implemented.
- Reports on HSE performance and progress on the implementation of ABB.
- Group sustainability objectives and KPIs (key performance indicators) for the ABB Group, as required.

**Your background**:

- Business administration, business management, occupational health and safety.
- HSE standards in force in Panama, experience in leadership.
- HSE standards.
- 5 years of expererience
