The Sr. Human Resources Data Steward will:
- Analyze procedures relating to data collection, entry, reporting and interfaces to identify areas where efficiency can be increased to develop improvement plans.
- Align retention and record management expectations for employee data.
- Provide oversight and consultation and/or remediation on issues/potential issues that arise within execution of controls for employee data.
- Understand and manage all compliance and regulatory requirements and coordinating programs internally for employee data. This includes supporting as liaison with the Enterprise Privacy Office to ensure compliance with the latest data standards including breach management, privacy impact assessment reviews, and consultation for our Enterprise Global Data Privacy Policy and Procedures
- Partner with process owners and lead One Trust refresh tasks to ensure accurate and current reflection of our HR record for processing activities
- Provide oversight for our U.S. Verification of Employment and Global Data Loss Prevention HR Processes
- This position may provide consultation to others that provide data to the system or to those who consume data from the system.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 3 plus years of progressively responsible job-related experience in human resources systems or business processes.
- Broad company knowledge and an understanding of data privacy policy regulations and procedures.
- English Advanced
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high integrity, and good judgment are required in order to deal with confidential issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions needed to support the Enterprise and Division.
