**The Position**:
- We're looking to hire several Senior or Mid-Level System Engineers to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- _Team Augmentation / Staffing: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience. 5+ years preferred but not required.
- Advanced English is required.
- Understanding of IaaS cloud offerings and configuration.
- Understanding of routing protocols such as: BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, network-based ACLs.
- Thorough expertise in protocol standards such as: IPv4, IPv6, GRE, ARP, IPSEC.
- A high degree of experience with Active Directory as well as other Microsoft systems.
- Experience administering and designing VMware solutions.
- Experience with design and implementation of VMware NSX-T.
- Familiarity with network monitoring protocols such as: SNMP, NTOP, Wireshark, WinPcap.
- Familiarity with network management protocols and tools such as SNMP, WMI and LDAP.
- Familiarity with configuration management frameworks Salt, Terraform.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, but with a team focus.
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer service focus and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of audit standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, work collaboratively, and meet objectives.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Experience working on large, complex systems.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Experience with Docker and containers such as Kubernetes, currently using Azure.
- A four-year college degree is required.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
- Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- An understanding of best practices and a commitment to following them.
