**Job Title**: IT Program Manager

**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**

Become part of Philips Cloud Orchestration Team and contribute towards implementing cloud strategy. This includes running services on-prem and in cloud, drive cost optimization, manage partners in everyday operations of cloud service in architecture and technical governance. You live your principles by a strong belief that every problem has a solution that is just waiting to be found.

**You are responsible for**
- Has responsibility and authority to contribute to the financial results for the business.
- Build and maintain the program organization, chooses the ways of working, and defines the interfaces with other functions.
- Define the portfolio of programs and projects and their goals, in consultation with management and relevant stakeholders, as input to the performing organization to manage the project pipeline, estimates the budgets and risks and appoints the Program/Project Managers in agreement with general or business management.
- Deploy process improvement and quality assurance and makes the program organization efficient and transparent, in line with business and program processes
- Provide business management with regular program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reports on performance to the hierarchical superior of the project managers

- BSc/MSc in technology related careers
- PMP certified
- Experience leading IT infrastructure projects
- 5+ years of experience in the job
