**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and design plans, drawings and technical models for retail construction and interior design projects
- Collaborate with the team of contractors within the portfolio managed by the Department, to ensure the technical accuracy of the drawings
- Perform accurate measurements of assigned sites to ensure the quality of technical drawings
- Keep the technical documentation of the projects updated and present periodic reports
- Problem solving to create optimal and effective responses in each technical drawing you make

**Skills Required**:

- Attention to detail to carefully listen to instructions and follow specifications given by team members or company managers
- Ability to work with other departments and teams, maintaining the synergy of the work group in harmony and coordination
- Proactive professional willing to learn new graphic representation techniques for the execution of interior design plans and retail architecture
- Good presentation and assertive communication
- Management of the following programs:

- Autodesk Platform (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max)
- Sketch Up/Vray Rendering Engine
- Adobe Platform (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator)
- Windows platform (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
