**Manager Finance Transformation**

**The Opportunity**

The role will lead the overall transformation program from a regional perspective, driving change with strong alignment and partnership to deliver on global objectives of the program, reporting into the VP Regional Finance, with a dotted line to the Global Program Lead.

Your success in this role is measured by your ability to lead the overall transformation program for the region as you align and collaborate with the Program Lead and other Finance Transformation Leads in Global and Regional Finance teams as well as other impacted function stakeholders to ensure the success of the program.

**Some of the responsibilities of the Manager Finance Transformation - will include**:

- Facilitate the development of a clear vision for the future of Finance and the transformation program, ensuring finance operating model is fit for purpose and meeting future needs of the business.
- Partner with the regional stakeholders and drive adoption of the Apollo guiding principles and critical success factors and ensure they are embedded into all program activities.
- Influence global finance process review, ensuring processes are documented and assessed for variations and meet business need.
- Actively working with the countries and functions to identify efficiencies and benefits and responsible for tracking and insuring delivery to Cochlear
- Aligning regional variation to global standardisation; highlighting areas that require review for statutory or commercial variation based on the specific country’s need.
- Provide input into the sourcing process to secure the System Integrator partner and technology solution
- Assist in the preparation of RFP documents
- As part of project team ensure successful roll out of technology is delivered 1) with high quality given criticality of precision in the finance workstreams, 2) on time, 3) meets the full scope financial solution in region, and 4) achieves at a minimum similar and/or better outcomes than existing financial platforms

**About You**
- Regional Finance experience in various processes and workstreams
- Strategic thinker with a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Experience in driving change management practices and approaches relating to enterprise change
- Track record of finance process alignment and simplification plus delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating
- Ability to influence others and build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Able to convert technical finance language into simple to understand language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines

**Ideal**:

- CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Finance project experience including project management and resource scheduling.
- Experience navigating a global business environment
