So bring us your personal experiences, your perspectives, and your background in UX/UI design. We need someone who will be the guardian of the implementation and development of the design system among other researchers and designers, working closely with teams across the organization.As Design System Manager, you will: - Work closely with UX and UI designers across multiple teams to ensure design consistency across digital platforms. Work closely with product owners and developers to prioritize and manage the design system backlog, aligning it with product team sprints. Establish, maintain, and promote UX/UI design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Understand and measure the impact of design system updates across multiple products. Promote design for accessibility. Implement processes for design and engineering teams to use the company's design system, keeping it consistent and up-to-date. Examine the design of the system implementation interfaces as well as the system's required iterations. In-depth knowledge of research, the product development lifecycle, and the UX design process. Stay current on new or changing research methodologies and trends and educate the team on them. Analyze information from multiple sources, including consumer trends, competitors, user experience labs, and search and social activity, to bring improvements and strategies to both current design and processes. Combine data-driven and user-centered methodologies for better results.Here's what we are looking for: - Be a great team player with experience working with agile teams. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome. Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Family, and prototyping tools.
