**Requirements**:

- Studies in banking and Finance or related careers
- 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good presentation.
- Clean APC.
- Knowledge in the use of devices such as photocopiers, telephone exchanges, among others.

**Responsabilities**:

- Answering and Transferring phone calls, taking messages and handling queries and complaints.
- Greeting and directing visitors and customers.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Maintain office supplies, records and correspondence.
- Manage bottle water supply and the inventory of cafeteria groceries.
- Receive bank supplier maintenance staff and send reports to administration department.
- Scan account opening documents for digital files.

Pay: B/.1,000.00 - B/.1,100.00 per month
