Market Researcher

Unravel is simplifying modern data observability on the cloud for companies such as Adobe, Citibank, CVS, Johnson & Johnson and many more.

We are looking for a Market Researcher who will be responsible to help support the sales and marketing team research prospect accounts and leads. You’ll work closely with marketing operations to support data enrichment, research and other ad hoc research and database projects. If you enjoy learning, like to research and want to “wear a detective hat”, this is the role for you

About the Role
- You will research prospect accounts using the web, LinkedIn and other tools to access product technology market fit.
- You will identify key persona roles at prospect companies and help source contact information using various tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others.
- Identify and enrich databases with new prospect accounts and contacts based on research.
- Help validate and standardize data.
- You will help support ad hoc research and database projects as needed.
- About You
- 2+ years experience working in B2B and/or B2C SaaS companies.
- High level of attention to detail and organization skills are required.
- Strong Excel skills (vlookup, Pivot tables) are helpful.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are nice to have.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic, team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- B.A or B.S. degree required.
