As an HR Trainer, you will make sure our new (and current) employees are fully trained, specifically on PX software, tools, and company processes. In this position you will make sure that our team is learning the new releases and functionalities of PX.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate internal and external training programs for:
- New hires to effectively learn the tools necessary to carry out their work.
- Existing employees to effectively manage new platform releases and new implemented tools for their roles.
- Onboarding for new employees.
- Get trained to train others, while producing training material and process manuals.
- Create workshops for teams across the company to reassure their knowledge within their roles.
- Work effectively and assist the HR manager to build collaborative relationships and a strong sense of teamwork and partnership.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Communication, Human Resources or Education.
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented and organized - you don’t need someone to follow up with you, you got it
- Focused on driving our team forward through supporting all their needs, not missing a chance to follow up, and collaborating with the HR Manager on HR projects for culture, productivity, and engagement building.
- Collaborative in how you work across the internal organization, while maintaining a sense of confidentiality and integrity with regard to knowledge of HR matters.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort/practice with using Excel to analyze/sort data.
- Proven problem-solving ability.
