WEBDESIGNER, WEBMASTER AND MOBILE APP DEVELOPER - Job Description

Specifications and Work Schedule
- Job type: Full-time.
- Salary Range: $2,000.00 to $2,500.00 per month (less deductions), determined based on experience and skills.
- Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring the incumbent to work an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week at our office located in Urbanización Costa del Este, Avenida Boulevard, PH Financial Park, Floor 25, Office 25 E, Panama City, Panama.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites ensuring high-performance and availability.
- Craft custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to optimize website and app content strategy in alignment with SEO and brand guidelines.
- Utilize web analytics tools to extract insights for data-driven improvements to user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

**Required Skills**:

- Mastery of WordPress, including extensive experience with theme and plugin development and customization.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and XML; proficiency in JavaScript is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in mobile app development for iOS and/or Android platforms. Experience using the UI software development kit Flutter is preferred.
- Strong visual design skills evident through a portfolio of modern and original web and app designs.
- Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in responsive design, optimizing for various devices and screen sizes.
- Basic knowledge of server management and hosting environments is advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the realization of several tasks, that are important for the right functioning of the web services that the organization requires. Also, cooperate with the Technical Directors in the development process of the new services that the organization requires in order to offer the best user experience possible under high-quality standards.
