**Who is PX?**

**What you will do**
You will report to the campaign and integrations manager and work across multiple teams to ensure that our Publishers and Advertisers integrate with the PX platform smoothly and in preset SLAs. In addition, you will communicate the needs of the platform to both internal and external teams to help produce reasonable insights and actions**.**
You will work with our proprietary API builder, which simplifies configuring the integration with our customers’ API. Regardless if this is their own API or a CRM, and if we should work with JSON, XML, or HTTP. Making it possible to send lead data from PX to our customers without the requirement of work by our development team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee fluent and timely processing of integrations and onboarding for publishers, followed by supporting Integrations Manager in advertiser integrations.
- Support the processing of complex integration structures of publisher and advertiser Enterprise level clients.
- Work with the Integrations Manager to communicate actionable items to stakeholders for the improvement of overall integration processes, including documentation gathering and updating.
- Support the development, monitoring, and measurement of results specifically from partner performances during integration and onboarding periods of Advertiser and Publisher partners.
- Help with the monitoring of new and existing publisher quality by frequent audits and addressing findings directly with Advertiser and Publisher partners.
- Support the publisher managers by monitoring the publisher’s performances and troubleshooting technical challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years experience in relevant experiences.
- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical thought process, with an ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of XML, JSON & HTTP.
- Understanding of APIs, POST/REST & Tracking links.
