Position Overview This role will lead the development and delivery of targeted Finance & Accounting (Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay) operations and services delivered to global stakeholders.

In partnership with the OneSource Finance Service Delivery Lead and Global Process Owners, the F&A Director will define organizational and governance structures, as well as be responsible for managing day-to-day service delivery in accordance with defined SLAs to ensure efficient operations. In partnership with F&A leadership, including a Strategic Third-Party Partner, this role will actively participate in identifying efficiencies and opportunities to improve the overall service delivery model. Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with relevant Finance leaders to define the scope, deliverables, key financial and operational metrics (SLAs and KPIs) and transition plans for migration of financial services Develop organizational structures and resourcing plans needed to operationalize service delivery models Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear definition of roles and responsibilities to drive efficient and effective operations Lead delivery of financial services for in scope activities, in partnership with Strategic Third-Party Partner, to ensure work is performed according to defined processes and within defined service level agreements Oversee regular governance and drive analytical approach to SLA review & performance management, sharing insights with Global and Regional Process Owners and Regional stakeholders to improve performance Define and monitor metrics to evaluate process health and provide for ongoing process control and sustainability Foster environment of integrity, ensuring applicable SOX and Operational controls are properly designed, implemented, and monitored, facilitating risk assessments & audit control testing Incident Management - Oversee resolution of Severity 1 and 2 Incidents, ensuring operationalization of Incident Protocol Management framework Ensure timeliness of updates to Process Library, including creation, maintenance, and audit of all process documentation, ensuring SOX and Operating controls, and Corporate Policies are embedded into processes Drive Process Transformation, assisting Global and Regional Process Owners to define Transformation Roadmaps, identifying areas of opportunities, and sharing best practices to continually improve the service delivery model Partner with Regional stakeholders to understand service and performance improvement opportunities and collaborate with the respective stakeholders on implementation of appropriate action plans Attrition Management Facilitate attrition reporting and ensure proper backup and cross training planning in place to mitigate service level disruptions from attrition Train and lead F&A Managers in the delivery of financial services for RTR, OTC, & PTP to drive enhanced oversight over operations, streamlined quality assurance checks, and improved risk & control assessments Lead talent acquisition and creation of development plans for team members, providing ongoing coaching and timely feedback to foster a culture of talent development, collaboration, and performance excellence Participate in projects around process redesign, new brand integrations, and system implementations Ensure that all activities are performed in the most efficient and effective manner possible QualificationsCompetencies: Strives for Excellence in Execution: Proactively seeks ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs.
