**Job Title**: Collections Assistant

**Collections Assistant**

Answer and manage customer phone calls from our valuable key customers in North America in order to address common questions and inquires or to transfer the calls to the Collections Specialists.

**Your role**:

- Attend daily calls from our North America Market customers and manage credit card processing.
- Identify and transfer calls from customers to other team members within the Collections organization.
- Ensure accurate and reliable templates are sent to the customers.
- Initiate process improvements ideas.

**You're the right fit if**:

- High School Degree. University is desirable, preferable in business or administration
- Native/Fluent in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Customer Service
- Experience in a multinational environment (desirable)
- Eager to achieve excellent results
