**Job Title**: Factory Order Management Specialist

**Job Summary**:
As a "Factory Order Management Specialist" you will learn how to coordinate the order delivery process placed by Key Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping and others.

You will also support daily operation analyzing orders in SAP, quoting, and analyze discrepancies between order and catalog to determine which requests can be processed for Philips customers.

**You are responsible for**
- Acting as a liaison between the factories and the internal customers within assigned regions and order managers.
- Handling efficiently the order backlog for assigned Key Markets.
- Analyze system configurations, trigger changes, and process upgrade orders working with international Key Markets on order related issues.
- Taking initiative and identifies problems in an actual way of working, formulates alternatives and recommendations; develops and introduces new supporting quoting support sub-processes, and improves existing processes using root cause analysis.
- Coordinating with Master Scheduling to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Work closely with multiple internal departments to implement configuration changes with key market order teams, as needed.
- Prioritizing and taking actions for presented issues appropriately and promptly, to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all establish processes are in line with Quality Standards and Philips standards business conduct.

**You are the right fit if**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration or r equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience preferred.
- 2+ years of Supply Chain related business or administration experience is preferred.
- Have confirmed SAP- Sales and Distribution knowledge
- Posses excellent English written and oral communication skills
