**Schedule**: 2nd (Mon-Thurs 3:00p 1:30a)3rd shift (Sun-Wed 8:00p 6:30a)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Troubleshoots and makes repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.Understands blueprints.Uses all hand equipment and power tools.Assists in preventative maintenance programs.Performs daily lubrication of production machinery.Follows and participates in plant safety\/housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment.Remains compliant with BRC \/ HACCP requirements as per this locations written Food Safety & Quality PolicyWill require overtime as needed to support business goals; occasional on-call weekends\/night to support production.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
