Fund Administrator

**Major duties and responsibilities**: Manage, analyze, and compile for specifics funds for current and futures fiscal years.Review and approve expenses for each project and guarantee the correct use of fund.Approve the use of fund in accordance with Federal guidanceReview reconcile and report fund budget execution by evaluating data submitted for consistency and anticipates changes for funding requirements.Prepare reports including the status of funds, expenses, and obligations as required by senior leadership within STRI and following policies and standards.Prepare work paper support for the year-end audits of funds. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.Minimum of two (2) years experience in finance in private or public sector.Knowledge of standard accounting and financial principles that are used to analyze financial data and to prepare budgets, documentation, and reports.Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply complex policies, legislative and regulatory decisions, complex accounting and financial reporting techniques, and methods for cost analysis and control development budgetary plans.Experience working with financial software and in the use of Microsoft Office programs.Ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people in both English and Spanish in a multicultural environment.
