**This position reports to**:
Quality Control Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to prepare, distribute, and store accurate customer, ABB, and supplier documents for projects as per the division's/project's procedures in a timely manner. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a high level of data quality and supporting engineers and Project Managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting. This role is contributing to the Projects Document controlling in. Main stakeholders are Project Managers, Projec Engineers and more. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring that a document control and communication process is available according to the project's scope and requirements. Guaranteeing compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Communicating appropriate documentation updates to customer and other stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner and providing accurate progress reporting. Informing the Project Manager actively in the event of new requirements from the customer that may cause changes in the document management process and/or scope. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You are immersed in the document controlling field
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft office and ISO 9001.
- Degree in Industrial, Electric or Electromechanic Engineer
- You are at ease communicating in English or French
