**MISION**:
Coordinar temas Administrativos de la oficina de panamá para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento
Coordinar y asegurar el cumplimiento de todo lo relacionado al área contable y fiscal de la Compañia
Análisis mensuales de las cifras reportadas al grupo
Controlar y registrar las operaciones contables de cada una de las líneas de negocio de manera correcta y oportuna.
Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de las responsabilidades Fiscales de la compañía.
Alertar sobre nuevos requerimientos a nível local sobre temas fiscales

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Coordinar y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la oficina de panamá
- Alinear junto con el área administrativa todo lo relacionado con Mantenimientos preventivos de las instalaciones
- Análisis de variaciones de gastos mensuales
- Revisión mensual de planilla de empleados y saldos por cuentas
- Coordinación con Colombia para preparación de calendarios mensuales de cierre
- Control y elaboración de pólizas fijas según de cada una de las líneas de negocio.
- Control de Activo Fijo y elaboración de reporte mensual de reporte de activos.
- Seguimiento y Renovación de seguros (Responsabilidad Civil, Incendio, etc.)
- Gestión de adquisición y renovaciones de celulares y todo lo concerniente a los mismos.
- Supervisión de facturas por reembolsos de gastos a Afiliadas, de ventas de Activo, etc.
- Registro de provisiones correspondientes a cada línea de negocio (Warranty, obsoletos, cuentas malas)
- Creación y seguimiento dashboard de análisis de Informes financieros
- Registro de ajustes contables al cierre de cada mes (Reclasificaciones de Cartera, Cuentas por pagar IC, Anticipos de clientes)
- Elaboración y presentación de todas las obligaciones fiscales y tributarias de la compañia
- Seguimiento a la depuración de las conciliaciones Bancarias
- Asegurar la limpieza y conciliación de cada una de las cuentas de Balance Sheet
- Creación y actualización de la base de datos de proveedores y Clientes
- Mantenimiento contable a los sistemas de información financiera y reportes (BPCS, ECS, SAP BW, Excel)
- Control y supervisión de las actividades de cierre contable mensual.
- Asegurar la correcta y oportuna elaboración y envío de reportes financieros según calendario publicado en FAM.
- Analizar, revisar y proponer mejoras a procedimientos del área de Contabilidad y Reportes.
- Elaborar estados financieros y notas para revisión de auditores externos.
- Organización, Supervisión y atención a los auditores externos.
- Coordinación de conteo aleatorio de inventario de bodega mensual.
- Realizar cualquier otra tarea afín que se le asigne.

**CONOCIMIENTO Y EXPERIENCIA**
- Conocimientos en NIC y NIIF.
- Experiência en Análisis financiero y de gestion
- Experiência en Gestión fiscal y Tributaria.
- 5 años de experiência en tesorería y cuentas por pagar.
- 3 años de experiência en crédito y cobranza.
